DAY
1 NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport to Lava transfer

After arrival at New Jalpaiguri Station (NJP)/ Bagdogra Airport start your 4hr journey towards Lava. Your journey towards this small town will be full of serene sights of lofty green mountains. Lava is a quaint little town tucked away in the eastern Himalayas. It is also the paradise for the bird watchers since it is located near the Neora Valley National Park which houses variety of birds and Red Panda. After covering approx 120 km you will reach Lava and check into the hotel. After freshening up you are free for the rest of the day to relax or visit Lava Monastery which is an ideal place to get a picturesque view of the adjacent mountain. Overnight stay at Lava.

2 Lava to Kolakham and Sightseeing Changey Fall

Breakfast at the hotel and after breakfast be ready to get transferred to Kolakham. Today, you will also be visiting Changey Fall. Soothe your senses by listening to the alluring sound of Changey Waterfall, which is about 12 km from Lava. Seeing the wonderful waterfall gushing down from high above and disappearing into the lush foliage below can be quite mesmerizing and soothing. After seeing this majestic waterfall head back to your homestay. Overnight stay at Kolakham after dinner.

3 Kolakham to Kalimpong and Sightseeing

Breakfast at the hotel and after breakfast start your 1-2hr journey towards Kalimpong, a journey full of sight of pine trees. Reach Kalimpong after covering approx 34km, now you will explore the sightseeing places of Kalimpong- Deolo Hill, Durpin View Point, Durpin Monastery (if open), Hanuman Mandir, Pine View Cactus Nursery and Tharpa Choling Monastery. After sightseeing check into the homestay. Rest of the evening you are free to relax and enjoy the beauty of surrounding hills. Overnight stay at Kalimpong.

4 Kalimpong to NJP Rly Station / IXB airport transfer
